Are you passionate about local specialities and curious about how they are cooked?

This experience will immerse you in Sardinian culture and reveal the secrets of this traditional delicacy: culurgiones.

You will meet the ladies of Baunei who, with their kindness and patience, will teach you step by step how to create these delicious crescent-shaped ravioli (don’t call them like that in Sardinia!) filled with potatoes and pecorino cheese.

This will be a unique opportunity to connect with the people of the place, to listen to their stories, and to learn directly from them the culinary secrets that you will only be able to glean from them.
