This experience will immerse you in Sardinian culture and reveal the secrets behind preparing Culurgiones and Malloreddos.

You’ll meet the women of Baunei who, with kindness and patience, will guide you step by step in making the dough, preparing the filling, and closing the Culurgiones using the traditional “Spiga” technique – as well as making the Malloreddos.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with the locals, hear their stories, and learn culinary secrets directly from them.
