LOCATION
Sa Montera is a very quiet and reserved area of Santa Maria Navarrese, about 550 m from the beach and only 200 m from the well-stocked Coop supermarket.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE
The house Sa Montera B, is furnished with care by the owner who has made it very comfortable and functional.
On the second floor of a three-storey house, the living room has a relaxation corner with 2 sofas and a TV and in the kitchen there is a spacious dining table, the kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils.
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower.
The veranda is spacious and comfortable for eating outside and then moving to the relaxation corner to sip a glass of cannonau at sunset while looking at the sea and the mountains.
At the entrance there is a fireplace that you can share with the other flat for your summer barbecues.
Air conditioning, wifi and private parking available free of charge
You can reach the sea in less than 10 minutes on foot!
