LOCATION
The house is located in Tancau, only 700 m from the beach, in a quiet area yet close to all main services and the natural beauty of the Baunei coastline. Restaurants, bars, and departure points for both boat trips and hiking are within easy reach.
HOUSE FEATURES
Spread over two floors, the property offers 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside, a spacious veranda with sea view invites you to relax, while the garden features a barbecue for enjoyable meals together.
On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room and a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, and microwave, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and a second bathroom.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and private parking are all included for guests’ convenience.

We want to spoil you from the moment you arrive. Your beds are already made and you will find a set of 3 towels per person. Inside the house, you will find a small welcome package with water, a few coffee capsules, soap, a couple of rolls of toilet paper, recycling bags, paper towels, and a single dose of shower shampoo. In the fridge, there will be a small surprise waiting for you. For the following days, you can provide for yourself with the well-stocked markets in the village according to your personal taste.
