LOCATION
Tancau is an area that is part of the municipality of Lotzorai but is the continuation of Santa Maria Navarrese.
Tancau has a very wide beach that reaches as far as the Gulf of Arbatax. It has fine sand and the seabed is not very deep, making it a beach particularly suitable for families.
There are also excellent bars and restaurants.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE
The newly renovated house is on the ground floor of a stone complex, with a spacious outdoor garden convenient for outdoor dining shared with another flat.
The living room has a sitting area with a sofa and a dining table, the kitchen is spacious and comfortable and equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, espresso and long coffee machine, kettle and microwave.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a dedicated space with a desk for those who want to take their work with them on holiday.
Air conditioning, wifi and private parking available free of charge.
THE HOMEOWNERS’ PERSONAL TOUCH
The house is the result of a renovation of an agricultural building dating back to the 1950s. Milena and Marcello, who wanted to homage their little daughter Amelia, have lovingly restored it, preserving and enhancing the original granite structure and transforming it into a fantastic house in warm colours designed to allow guests to enjoy moments of relaxation and peace just a few metres from the beach and at the same time immersed in the greenery of their garden.

We want to spoil you from the moment you arrive. Your beds are already made and you will find a set of 3 towels per person. Inside the house, you will find a small welcome package with water, a few coffee capsules, soap, a couple of rolls of toilet paper, recycling bags, paper towels, and a single dose of shower shampoo. In the fridge, there will be a small surprise waiting for you. For the following days, you can provide for yourself with the well-stocked markets in the village according to your personal taste.
