LOCATION
Piazza Principessa di Navarra is a large area of Santa Maria Navarrese that includes the entire park, the central amphitheatre and the square.
Casa il Grande Carrubo is located right next to the amphitheatre, facing the beach, which is only a 2-minute walk away.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE
The flat Il Grande Carrubo has been furnished with great care by Patrizia and Salvatore, making it an elegant, comfortable and functional flat.
On the ground floor of the three-storey house is the living room with a sitting area with two sofas, an elegant fireplace and a dining table; the kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The spacious veranda has a very large dining table, a barbecue, a fireplace where you can also prepare a delicious roast, and a seating area where you can sip an excellent Cannonau at sunset.
Wi fi, air conditioning, 2 mountain bikes and a parking space are at your disposal free of charge.
The sea is less than 5 minutes away on foot!

Patrizia and Salvatore are horse lovers and live on a beautiful estate in the mountains of Lanusei. They love to make available their beach house, which they have furnished with care and love.
As they are also travel enthusiasts, they know the needs of travellers very well and there is really nothing missing in the house for long or short stays!
