Via Lungomare is a very central street of Santa Maria Navarrese, the street of the promenade, the street of little shops and small restaurants. The Casa Un Giardino Sul Mare, not facing directly onto the street, enjoys silence and quiet even in the height of summer.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE
The flat is very spacious, a large living room accommodates two sofas, a large dining table and a TV.
The brand new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, brand new microwave oven, coffee maker and kettle.
Ceiling fans will make your evenings cooler and comfortable mosquito nets will allow you to enjoy the summer breeze in peace.
Wifi and parking are available free of charge.
A small outdoor veranda where you can eat outside and a small barbeque for your summer barbecues.
The highlight of the house is the direct access to the small beach of San Giovanni
THE HOMEOWNERS’ PERSONAL TOUCH
Domitilla and her daughter Laura have furnished the house with families in mind, large convivial areas, a bench chest full of games, books and lots of paintings by friends and photographs by Laura, a photographer by profession, hanging on the walls.
The two women are very aware of the environment and for this reason they decided to install ceiling fans to ventilate the house instead of air conditioning, small gestures on the part of each of us can really improve the world we live in.
DOMITILLA AND LAURA’S ADVICE
Waking up at dawn to enjoy the spectacle of the sun rising from the sea and then taking a regenerating swim before the rest of the world wakes up is the best way to start the day.
