ByNos Pool Apartment is located in the centre of Santa Maria Navarrese at about 600 mt from the central beach of Santa Maria Navarrese.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE
The recently built flat is located on the first floor of a two-apartment complex, equipped with a swimming pool and a spacious and comfortable outdoor garden for outdoor dining shared with another flat.
The cosy and fully functional kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, espresso machine and kettle.
A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a veranda where you can enjoy your first morning coffee with a mountain view on one side and a sea view on the other.
The veranda also lends itself to excellent al fresco dining, or you can choose to eat in the shared garden using the barbeque available.

The house was built by the Pifferi Buttili family, originally from Santa Maria Navarrese but resident in Tuscany for many years. The desire to be able to spend their holidays here in Santa Maria Navarrese meant that the family decided to build small flats with a swimming pool to guarantee everyone their own space while remaining close to each other. This solution, created to meet their needs, is also ideal for you travelling with friends or a large family.
Each with their own space but a large outdoor area to share together in the evenings when returning from the sea.
The flat is also ideal for couples who want to enjoy a seaside holiday with the comfort of a swimming pool on the doorstep.
