Via Biriala is located in a central area of Santa Maria Navarrese, a few steps away from a well-stocked market, a good pastry shop, restaurants and ice-cream shops.
The beach can be reached on foot in no more than ten minutes.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE
The flat, which is on the first floor of a two-storey house, has a large terrace with a sea view, and is especially convenient for couples or families with two children due to its proximity to the sea and large interior spaces.
The living room has a relaxation corner with a sofa and a dining table, the kitchen is functional and comfortable and equipped with a refrigerator, espresso machine and kettle.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two cots, a bathroom with shower and a super panoramic terrace with a dream sea view.
Air conditioning, wifi and private parking are available free of charge

The flat belongs to Monica’s family who left a piece of their heart here in Santa Maria Navarrese, moving to Piedmont.
Whenever they can. however, Monica and her family return to enjoy the sun and the sea view from their veranda.
They have modernised the spaces to make their home more welcoming and functional for their guests.
